We transferred to this office sometime ago after our vet retired. I have been incredibly satisfied with Dr Koelemeyer for several years. He is kind and very knowledgeable! I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Spencer so if we had an emergency we would feel comfortable. 100% satisfied! Dr Spencer is a kind, caring, knowledgeable doctor. I felt like if we wanted to stay all day and ask questions he would have given us his full attention. Dawnell was a stand out. I visited Liberty Animal Clinic yesterday with my Domestic Long Hair cat. Prior to visiting, I called to book an urgent care appointment. Dawnell answered the phone and was very polite, compassionate, warm, friendly, and patiently answered all of my questions. Upon arriving to the clinic, my cat and I were warmly greeted by Emily and instantly felt comfortable. Wait time wasn't long at all while waiting for the dr to come into the room. Edit to update after bringing another one of our cats 1 week later.-Even more thrilled than before!! Nothing could beat the care and attention they give to each particular animal. Staff and techs are so compassionate and on their game. Truly feel spoiled to have found this veterinary practice.
Came here after local recommendations on Nextdoor (living in Owings Mills now) and so glad we made this choice! Had one of our cats seen today for some routine things plus a minor issue.
