“My husband contacted them in an emergency situation with our frank . They went above and beyond to help our Frankie but unfortunately he was very sick . Dr Westall ,Kathy and all staff that were there that day made time for him even though they were extremely busy .They all showed nothing but compassion,patience and kindness . Our hearts our broken and our home will never be the same without our silly little lovable Frank. We just wanted valley veterinary Hospital to know how we appreciate all they tried to do to help our Frank .“

“I really wanted to say I’ve only had one experience with this vet, but I’m so so glad they were the ones who helped us. We very unexpectedly lost one of our cats of 14 years a week ago. I called this vet in hysterics right after I found him because we didn’t know what to do and they’re basically in our backyard. The women on the phone and in the office were simply amazing. Myself, my son, and husband were beside ourselves and basically nonstop bawling because we had just found our cat not even 10 minutes before we stepped into their office. They gave us a room and all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. The compassion we were shown at the time was so very needed by the three of us, so thank you. The process even though not expected was smooth. Less than a week after he passed we received his paw print in a very nice box with a picture frame on top and his ashes were in a wooden box that was engraved with his name and a picture frame as well. So. All in all thank you we sincerely appreciated it and want to pass our thanks you to the ladies working on 9/04 right before close it really meant a whole lot to us, thank you. ❤️“

“We have had a few emergencies with our kitties, and your practice has been very supportive. My fiance's family and I bring 6 pets to West Frederick Vet for routine care. We appreciate how caring the Doctors and technicians are. I also really appreciate how kind and accommodating the person at the front desk is. There have been times I needed to cancel an appointment due to my cat escaping, and you have been very understanding. One gesture that showed me that you care was when I could not bring my cat's stool sample promptly, and the Dr. just gave me a new container so I could collect it whenever possible since I had already paid for it. I love my pets as they are part of our family, and I feel so thankful that I live a 3-minute drive from your practice. It means a lot knowing your team is there when we need help.“

“Our puppy at 5 months old fractured her tibial turberosity and Skylos was the first recommended surgery clinic on the list from our vet. I am so happy we put our faith into Dr. Kennedy and the staff at Skylos, they have been nothing but wonderful and knowledgable. They always remember our pup when we’ve brought her in for rechecks since. We are 6-weeks post-op and couldn’t be happier with the results of our Regi girl’s surgery and care. They made a very stressful situation so much easier for us to manage with their guidance. Surgery isn’t something everyone can afford, so I totally recommend pet insurance! Our surgery was 5k total (including medications, follow up appts) and insurance covered 4k.

“Had a really great experience with Dr. Kostinas. She fit me into her busy schedule for a last minute PPE and did a very thorough check of my horse. Was pleasant and patient, answered all my questions and took her time. Got the PPE back to me in a short amount of time so I could complete my purchase. “We brought our yorkie Reed in last week having just switched vets to see them for the first time. Our dog had been sick and we hadn’t had good experiences at our prior vet and we’re nervous taking him in. Although we didn’t get the news we wanted, they worked with us, made him and us feel comfortable, we’re honest and up front/helped figure out how to make choices moving forward financially and for Reed’s care. We had to sadly put him down today, but the staff are wonderful and made us comfortable during the process. I highly recommend their office for your pet’s needs?“

“My dog Rodeo injured/tore his CCL. I called many vet offices in the area, and Jefferson came back with a reasonable estimate quote for surgery. Plus, they were able to accommodate him the fastest for a consult. Another vet office couldn't even fit him in for a consult for over two months.

He wasn't a good candidate for surgery due to age and Kidney disease, but I get a monthly pain shot for him. The vet we saw was very helpful and informative. My boy is now able to climb steps on his own and has been managing much better.“

“So we use to go to the grooming room for years they shut down about two years ago, so we started taking our dog to Petsmart we Had a terrible experience there. So we found out through a friend about Brunswick grooming room took our dog chief there for the first time today it was excellent service. I will recommend this place to everyone the receptionist was Awesome!!!! Kristen did amazing job on cutting Chiefs hair!!! We will definitely be coming back thanks again for the awesome experience!!! 5 starts“

“McClellan is the only place I found in Frederick that can issue International Health Certificates for pet travel. The price was very very reasonable, and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They understand how stressful it can be to obtain the certificate, especially considering it's only valid for 7 days before travel, including potential USDA delays. I really appreciate all their help!

Dr. Kellogg was very patient and knowledgeable about the requirements and timelines for the international health certificate. This process took about 6 months, from the initial vaccine to the final examination and USDA endorsement. He even tracked recent changes that took effect just two weeks before my travel. Thanks to Dr. Kellogg and the team, I got the certificate on time and was able to bring my cat overseas without any issues!“
