So grateful for the service from Ryan and Brandon today. They were prompt (early even!), honest, and thorough in their work. They went above and beyond, explaining every step and making sure to adjust our system so it made more sense for future service needs. The payment office and scheduling personnel were also incredibly understanding and helpful during a stressful situation with our unique water heater system. I cannot recommend them enough!

Jay was great. He arrived on time an worked up the cost before starting the job. All my questions were answered and even learned a few things. He left the areas he worked at very clean too. The general chit chat we had was very enjoyable. Very pleased!

September 2025. David and Stephen performed exemplary word in removing my old toilet and installing the new one.
Since my house is over 100 years old, the floors are uneven. David installed and thankfully leveled the new toilet. I have complete confidence in the plumbers that Putman sends. All skilled and professional.
May 2025 Jay and Stephen did a brilliant job of replacing the kitchen sink drain and tending to the water treatment system. Putman has professional and reliable staff. Always on time (and if not, they call to explain the delay).
