His quote was reasonable. The work included the demolition of a shed, grading, and some clearing. Although, not familiar with my specific county, he understood that the demolition might require a permit – he was correct. Once he began the work, it was clear he took pride in it. He did an excellent job with the shed demolition, backfill, grading of a challenging slope and overall grading to allow for water runoff. Again, Jonathan was the right choice for the job.“
