Warm and Fuzzy is great. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. If I have any concerns they answer my emails and calls quickly and are always knowledgeable. Dr. Williams is super nice and treats my bunnies with care. Also, they always follow up with calls and emails to check on their patients after their visit. Thank you to Warm & Fuzzy for being there for us!
Warm and Fuzzy was kind and welcoming. We brought our 2 bunnies for their first check up, and they handled them so professionally! Our bunnies weren't scared at all and visibly felt comfortable. We saw Dr. Williams and she was great with our babies and very clear on their status and health. We were left with understanding instructions, and even received a follow up call the next day or two! I truly felt they cared for our baby bunnies. I would recommend! (We were also recommended this vet by 2 other bunny moms.)
Anybody who owns an exotic animal knows that it can be impossible to find care, especially last minute. So when I moved to the area with my chinchilla, first thing on my to do list was to find a vet. Choosing Warm and Fuzzy as his primary vet is the best decision I’ve made as his owner. Dr Urie is incredibly knowledgeable and answered every one of my questions at his well visit and continued to answer questions via email. When he developed GI stasis (which requires prompt care as it can be fatal), Warm and Fuzzy got him in the same day that I called.
