I signed up for the 90 minute massage and I was walking much better. Went back 2 more times within the week and also used the IRelaxbot Zero Gravity Table Massage for 30 minutes before and 1 hour afterwards. It really made a difference. Helen's products for massage are directly from China and work better than any American product can. I'm never going anywhere else for a massage. The room is comfortable and relaxing as well.
