He told me it was an easy fix and then proceeded to walk me step by step through the process and I was able to fix it myself for $10. From the start they were accommodating, professional, informative and all around "good people." Bay State Electric added recessed lighting and new fans throughout our home, which was not a small job. They accommodated our schedules to deploy a resource to provide an estimate quickly and a team was dispatched to start work almost immediately. Michelle, Barry, Joe and the rest of the team handled our incessant questions with ease and felt like family at the end of the installation. Their workmanship is beautiful, and they were so clean!
