Woke up to my heat not working and called East Coast Heating and Cooling. Cameron had one of his guys come out as soon as possible. Grayson did an excellent job figuring out and fixing the problem and answered any questions I had. Very professional and would definitely recommend to Family and Friends
Excellent same day service. Cameron stayed in touch with me several times during the day, until the tech arrived. The tech was very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure everything was running smoothly before he left. I would highly recommend East Coast Heating and Cooling!! Our AC is running like a champ thanks to a great team!
Chris is great. He went out of his way to rescue us from a hot house. His service was prompt and communication was clear. Best of all, he was able to fix the problem in short order. Definitely recommend and will use again for any AC repair needs.
