My next door neighbor and I had our roof done by Aero Roofing 8 and a half years ago. We started getting leaks a few months ago causing damage to both bedrooms. The owner TJ came out and discovered that a neighbor on the other side had his roof done by inexperienced contractors and they did not seal their overlapping shingles causing our problems. Aero stood behind their work! I find this so refreshing in the present days of scammers. Aero is an Honest company and I will be glad to personally give my recommendation to anyone that asks. My house was built in 1925 and needed a much overdue replacement of the old main roof, the roofs over the wrap around front porch and the scullery kitchen on the back, plus replacement of the facia, soffits, and gutters. Basically the whole top of the house. The owner TJ gave me a really good price relative to other estimates. The work was done in stages. It took 6 days but each day they completely cleaned up, and it was not easy because of camellias and azaleas growing against the house. They covered the bushes to protect them. I was referred to Aero Residential Contractors and could not have been more satisfied with the entire roof replacement experience. TJ was my assigned roofing consultant and he was exceptionally professional, polite, detailed oriented and thorough. My tenant was complimentary of every member of the Aero team in regard to their professionalism during all phases of installation. I have owned rental properties in Baltimore for 15 years and this was the best experience I have ever had with any contractor.
