This family-owned & operated company is highly responsive, helpful & professional from start to finish. Jennifer & Tara (family members who work in-store) are very knowledgeable & patient in showing/explaining various choices, answering questions (repeatedly!), and providing take-home samples. Their phone & email communications are always prompt & courteous. An owner does the measuring & estimate, and another family member leads the on-site installation team, which exceeded our expectations in installing our carpet perfectly, as well as fixing issues like squeaky floors. From start to finish the Edinger team provided outstanding service and were so friendly, transparent, and easy to work with. We love our new carpet and will definitely use Edinger’s again for any future flooring needs. We highly recommend this outstanding local and family run business!
This year, Edingers replaced carpet in our four bedrooms, removed carpet and installed hardwood floors in the living room, and re-finished the existing hardwood flooring in our house. ALL of the work they did was outstanding. Edingers is now our go-to for all things flooring and we'll certainly call them when we remodel our bathrooms, another service they provide.
