Just had JAMMS complete my vent dryer cleaning and chimney sweep yesterday. I called them on a Friday afternoon and was told they could service me between 10am - 2pm on Saturday. Joseph arrived right at 10am and serviced both my dryer and fireplace within 30-35 mins. He was most kind, professional and gave me some great information on fireplace use. Average chimney should be checked after 50 uses, but I just go with once a year to be safe. This was my first year with Jamms, and it was a good price, excellent value, and a great job. My chimney has been swept poorly by others at great expense and much ado, but Joseph handled everything from inside my home in a short amount of time with zero mess. He also answered all of my safety and maintenance questions and checked my dryer vent. Fire safety became very important to me when my previous apartment building caught on fire and forced me out during Covid lockdown. Thank you so much, Joseph, for making me safe!
