Physicians Eye Care Center in Marriottsville receives mixed reviews. Some patients have had negative experiences, but others find the staff to be a well oiled crew that is friendly, respectful, and punctual. The office is very clean and the environment is great. Dr. Etter is praised for being knowledgeable, professional, and taking the time to address all concerns, as he never rushes you through an appointment. The clinic provides thorough care and professional eye care services, including lens replacement surgery and medical treatment for eye issues. They also accept many insurance plans.
This is a long overdue review and I have been putting it off for some time. My family and I have been visiting Dr. Dhannawat (Dr. D) for the past 3 years across the three offices. I am not sure how Google reviews works so posting it for all three offices.
We had a very pleasant experience every time. The staff is very professional. First visit was a routine check-up (5 of us in the family - 2 kids and parents). The technician was very thorough and patient with us. My parents' eyesight is poor and they spent ample time to make sure everything was okay. Dr. Wexxler and his staff are a well oiled crew. Dre put my anxious mind at ease and explained everything well. The anesthesiologist helped to make ny experience less terrifying, and they communicate and worked together, well, from scheduling to billing, I've been quite pleased.
My visit was absolutely wonderful. It was my first time visiting this location. The office was very clean and the environment was great. Courtney was awesome. She was very professional, knowledgeable, while at the same time very patient. Dr. Etter, of course, is simply the best! He never rushes you through an appointment. He explains, listens and addresses all your concerns.
