Every person that works in this facility is just absolutely amazing and they really do care about every single patient from the inside and out and they are quick when u need them to be but they will also take the time to care as well..For example I had an emergency situation and needed to reschedule my appointment and the office was closed for the holiday this past weekend so I reached out on there portal site on Saturday to message them and they literally took care of it that day within that hour even while they were closed. “This place has saved me from waits at the emergency room and crazy co-pays and deductibles. I've been happy with their service and I feel the wait time if any is way less than my Doctors office and the care is excellent.Dr Parks is so knowledgeable and the staff is down to earth as oppose to being unprofessional as some have written. “I have been going to this office for close to 30 years. I have never had an issue with the front desk when I call in. And if I need a same day appt, they are good to find me one. Although the front desk has several new people, they are learning, and succeeding. The kicker is, as a patient, I must have patience bc the get busy and can only handle one person or one call at a time due to privacy laws.“
