Not only has he helped me through some of the worst flare ups I've experienced in my 15 years of chronic pain, he has also helped to fundamentally change the way I approach pain management and ultimately, my life. He does not have a "light touch" and therefore isn't for the faint of heart. But more than just providing the best massage I've ever had, Will goes above and beyond providing just physical relief. There have been countless post-appointment conversations that have left me walking away from my appointment with concrete ways I can help reduce and mitigate the pain and discomfort I experience. For instance I now use a backpack instead of a one strap purse (regardless of weight). Now the weight is distributed evenly on my shoulders and thus GREATLY reduces the tension in my upper body.

I have altered my chronic pain management plan to include bi-monthly therapeutic massages and they have been an absolute life saver at the worst of times. I'm already on a very limited budget but he offers different "appointment packages" that help reduce costs to a more manageable amount. I 100% recommend you do this if you can.

I find Shiatsu more effective than other massage therapy treatments. Tom Swiss was recommended by my previous shiatsu therapist who retired. Tom is an outstanding Shiatsu therapist. I always leave treatment physically and mentally rejuvenated. I do Shiatsu with Tom every four weeks to maintain a more healthy pain free body.“
