I have been working out at ForeverStrong for 5 years and I am in best shape I have ever been in. I just came back from hiking in the mountains of Colorado and would not have been able to do that if it weren’t for my amazing trainers at ForeverStrong. Fun and challenging workouts with great flexibility in scheduling. Thank you ForeverStrong!
Forever Strong (FS) is a terrific place to increase your fitness through a program that’s individually suited to your needs. After encouragement from my daughter, who had been a FS client for nearly 2 years, I started with FS in September 2021. I’m an almost 74-year-old woman and have focused on cardio for several years but it’s been a very long time since I’ve done any weight or resistance training. I am so happy with my results and my experience with ForeverStrong Marriottsville. The staff is knowledgeable and really motivating. Kelly, Marty, Alex, Chris, and Jonathan are all amazing! I won’t go anywhere else. Ever.
