I have owned a large Coach tote bag for 20+ years. I took very good care of it and rarely used it, but the zipper detached from the bag. I decided to try to have it repaired because the cost to replace the bag would be outrageous. I decided to see if Marlow Shoe Repair could repair the bag. Christian explained that he would have to meticulously remove and replace the zipper by hand because of all of the leather detailing. Christian provided outstanding service and went beyond what was requested to make my tote bag look brand new again!!! If possible, I would give him 10 stars!

The customer service was very good. The guy was very helpful and explained how he would be repairing my shoes, and completed the job in the time frame that he said. I have been looking for a shoe repair shop and have finally found a good one, will return if needed in the future.

Let me begin by presenting flowers to this establishment. Exceptionally adept at creating shoes, fixing them, using high-quality materials, etc. As a regular customer, I often brought back the same pair of shoes and boots. I was devastated to learn that my boots (knee high leather Stuart Weitzman) --which I had received as a gift from a deceased family member--were likely donated because the ticket I presented was a year old. I paid for the repairs in advance and was asked to leave the boots because upon picking up the boots, they needed a little extra attention (gosh, wish I would have taken them then).
