Josh and the other associate (wish I remembered his name) were awesome. We thought we had a duct leak. The guys found out that the plumber actually missed a leak and they shut off the valve causing the leak that was saturating our ductwork underneath it with water. Then they gave me a pretty comprehensive idea of what I needed to be thinking about in the short and medium term with our HVAC unit. Honest, immensely helpful - will definitely be using this company in the future for our HVAC needs!
Supertech HVAC shines brightest for their professional and prompt service. They are quick to answer the call and will explain in detail the situation your unit is experiencing. HVAC units are expensive and they help pad the stress with the comfort of explaining how the system performs and what it is going through. We were very happy with the technician and his quick response to our call.
My 20 year old AC finally decided to retire over the weekend. With the temperature hitting 100 we were in absolute panic mode. I made phone calls to several local HVAC contractors on Sunday and SuperTech was among the few that responded quickly. Mike showed up the next morning. He was very polite and professional, thoroughly inspected my house and answered all my questions. He presented the proposal to install a new system with several options.
