Pro nails my favorite nail salon to go. I have been going there for years even before they remodeled. I feel welcome and everyone is friendly and professional. Yenn and Monica do my manicure more often because they know exactly what I am looking for but all the technicians are very good . You have to make sure you tell them what you would like. I also enjoy the complementary drinks, I always relax every time I go. Kenia and Zulma always keeping the pedicure area clean and ready. They always make sure I have something to drink when i get my pedicure . I also love that I can save money when I pay cash . I've always had a good experience at Pro Nails. Appointment or not, they take you in a very timely manner. Ken has done my nails a few times and he does a great job. He is very thorough with shaping and makes sure the dip powder is flat on each nail. The manager is also very welcoming, efficient, and organized. I've had to come in once when my pedicure chipped and another time when my dip polish cracked and he made sure it was fixed both times with no problems or hesitations. I also take notice that Pro Nails makes a great effort to keep their salon clean. Each station is always wiped down after a client is finished with their service. I would definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for efficient and friendly service!

I see Daisy every time go. I never have a problem getting an appointment and they are normally pretty friendly. I recommend paying cash as it is discounted if you do. I get Dip nails now but did UV gel before. Daisy does a great job and I've never had a nail tech who could do the ombre so flawlessly and she does!
