Really have had pleasant office experiences with staff in person. However, my insurance doesn't look like it was billed properly (they told me my insurance was accepted) and I was footed with the bill. I have contacted their office on 1/24, 1/25/ 1/27 and 2/2 with no response. I have left 4 messages. I guess I am going to have to go in person. Very unprofessional.Update: I received a call from a gentleman who was unaware that I was billed this amount. He said he would look into it. I asked him if they still accepted Delta Dental PPO and he said yes. I went to the delta dental website and Joseph Frontera is the provider who is covered under Delta Dental, not Michael White....read full review

My children and I recently visited the practice for the first time and we were very impressed. Prior to our appointment the receptionist was extremely accommodating with my insurance questions and policy timelines, even rescheduled our appointments to make sure we were within policy effective dates.The office was clean (very covid friendly), the staff made my children feel comfortable and the doctors were very knowledgeable. Our prior dentist told us that my son had 8 cavities that needed to be filed immediately. After an exam and cleaning at Galleria dental it was determined that he only had two cavities. Could not find a better- more caring dental practice.Dr White truly cares for his patients and surrounds himself with the best dentists, hygienists, and staff.After 18 years with Dr. White, My family moved to Ocean City in 2017. We tried several dental practices, none met our expectations.We drive 6 hours round trip to see Dr. Mike at Galleria Dental. I can’t think of any better reason to cross the bridge.P.S. I never thought I would look forward to a dental visit...Expect to be amazed by the whole experience!
