Really have had pleasant office experiences with staff in person. However, my insurance doesn't look like it was billed properly (they told me my insurance was accepted) and I was footed with the bill. I have contacted their office on 1/24, 1/25/ 1/27 and 2/2 with no response. I have left 4 messages. I guess I am going to have to go in person. Very unprofessional.Update: I received a call from a gentleman who was unaware that I was billed this amount. He said he would look into it. I asked him if they still accepted Delta Dental PPO and he said yes. I went to the delta dental website and Joseph Frontera is the provider who is covered under Delta Dental, not Michael White....read full review

Used to really enjoy going here. Service since COVID has decreased significantly. Have been cancelled on multiple times, last-minute.I’m sure the providers are still great, however the front of office processes seem mismanaged and disorganized. After taking off work and traveling to the office & being canceled on without being provided any reasonable alternative…or notice…being a patient at this location is no longer worth the trip from Baltimore for me. Great for nearby folks and college students with flexible schedules.

My children and I recently visited the practice for the first time and we were very impressed. Prior to our appointment the receptionist was extremely accommodating with my insurance questions and policy timelines, even rescheduled our appointments to make sure we were within policy effective dates.The office was clean (very covid friendly), the staff made my children feel comfortable and the doctors were very knowledgeable. Our prior dentist told us that my son had 8 cavities that needed to be filed immediately. After an exam and cleaning at Galleria dental it was determined that he only had two cavities.
