I left a message and was called back within an hour!! Ben came out to fix my problem with my safe within 2 hours of my phone call!!! So cool!!! As far as customer service, I will pass the word to family and friends, to do business with Advanced Security Safe!! Thank you again!!

Needed a combo change on my gun safe after struggling to try and figure out how to do it myself and Benjamin came out and knocked it out in no time flat. The service was fast, professional and he even had a great sense of humor! Would definitely recommend using these guys!

Advanced moved a large safe for us today under some difficult conditions. Fernando and Benillio(sp?) did a fantastic job. They arrived on time and we’re very professional. They were very courteous and helpful. We contacted another safe mover and when he came by to survey the move, he declined the job and recommended I call Advanced. His bid was cheaper but when he saw the difficulties involved he said “pay the extra money, it will be worth it”. It was. We are very pleased. Advanced is highly recommended.
