Used to be a decent local business. Not anymore with new owners and rude staff. Now they want 3.5% to use credit cards, and they want prepayment "because Covid makes business difficult!" What a crock! Time to find a new cleaner.

Brought a military jacket to be dry cleaned. Explained to the front desk employee that this was a time sensitive item and I needed a guarantee it will be available for pickup in 7 days or we would need to go elsewhere. I was reassured the service would be complete and ready by that Thursday. The ticket read pick up Thursday. Arrived Thursday and the item could not be found in the store. It hadn't arrived back yet. The front desk employee said they would call when it arrives but that most likely it would be after hours. Where you can't pick it up. If I can give this review zero stars I would. First let me clarify that in our town this is the only tailor shop within a thirty minute radius. So, when my mother needed a new zipper replaced we were ecstatic to hear that they could help. My daughter Lauren, took her robe to get a zipper put on and was told that due to the holidays it may be a little late (original date it was supposed to be back was 12/23/23). Not only have we been to the establishment more than several times with no luck. When asked to talk to the owner and his wife, we were dismissed.
