If I could give zero stars I would. Took a comforter in to be cleaned with a small dirt stain on it. Took a week to get back and the stain was still on the comforter and had gotten worse. Nothing is done on site. Eventually spoke to the owner on the phone and she was extremely rude and unapologetic. Go any where else to get your cleaning taken care of.

Used to be a decent local business. Not anymore with new owners and rude staff. Now they want 3.5% to use credit cards, and they want prepayment "because Covid makes business difficult!" What a crock! Time to find a new cleaner.

Brought a military jacket to be dry cleaned. Explained to the front desk employee that this was a time sensitive item and I needed a guarantee it will be available for pickup in 7 days or we would need to go elsewhere. I was reassured the service would be complete and ready by that Thursday. The ticket read pick up Thursday. Arrived Thursday and the item could not be found in the store. It hadn't arrived back yet. The front desk employee said they would call when it arrives but that most likely it would be after hours. Where you can't pick it up.
