My 80 year old house had bad sagging floors and water damage on the front wall that had rotten some internal structural wood. The John Krause crew took care of all of that for me. They were hard working, and did a great job.
They were considerate to accommodate my schedule, and took the time to explain everything to me along the way, very dedicated to make sure I was happy with every aspect of the job. They fixed problems that could have been house killers, and left it sound and looking better than it has in decades.
In the future, I will definitely call them first if (when) I need more work done.

We had JKC come out to the house to measure and price our windows for our entire house. They provided the estimate quickly, had awesome financing options, and we signed the contract. Once the windows arrived, the installers Rick and Jason began the install. They were extremely professional, took down and rehung all curtains at the end of the day and cleaned up the work area. We love our new windows! I would highly recommend JKC!!

My wife and I hired this company to enclose our covered side porch to make it into a 3 season sun room. They are awesome to work with! Fantastic experience! Very professional and accomodating. Their crews were always super nice people and they did excellent work! The work crews were also very clean and did not leave messes around. Once the job was complete all materials left over were discarded or removed from the property. The amount of time it took to complete our project was amazing. The work and attention to detail they put in was awesome! They made sure we were 100% happy with the final product before being finished.
