Stay away from this guy!!! Very unprofessional. Only showed up when it was convenient for him. Confused as to electrical hook up. Blatantly over- charged me . Left me with a non- functional system. Ignored my requests for follow up. A waste of my time and money!Service: Ductless heating & A/C services

I would NOT recommend FES quality services to ANYONE! He was not responsive, he sent his "helpers" out to do the work who did not fix our problem whatsoever. Our A/C quit working on us altogether. We called FES, he came out and diagnosed the problem. Said we needed a new motor and capacitor. It took 3 days for someone to come out to "fix" it, and that was only because I had to contact HIM to ask when they would be out. After his "helpers" came out to "fix" it we then had a new issue arise. He was contacted several times regarding this issue and a week later we were still having this issue. He indicated what the problem could be and went on his merry way. Never said when or if he would come out to fix it. Five days later our house was still at 85° and I was fed up. I called someone else for an emergency fix. They came by and said the issue was because things were wired incorrectly and the motor that was put in was NOT the right motor and that we would need to have the motor replaced AGAIN before winter! I contacted FES to request a refund of the money paid to him because the work done by his company didn't fix anything. He has refused to refund my money, and I will be suing him in small claims court!

Great service. Very responsive when you need work done. I called them when my system froze up once. He recommended a replacement. I called another local company for a second opinion and that tech wound up letting out a lot of my Freon. When my ac started blowing warm Frank came out the same day I called him and got the system back up. His prices are reasonable and his advice is great. He will be my go to from now on for HVAC work.
