Excellent experience with ADCO. Discovering a mold problem is stressful and confusing, with different companies providing vastly different approaches to the same problem. ADCO proposed a very measured but not over-the-top solution and executed it with precision and excellent communication with me the homeowner. ADCO addressed one minor hiccup quickly and effectively, and even covered some resulting costs.I can say honestly that I have never had a better experience with a contractor. ADCO was unique, their proposed solution actually made sense - other companies proposed things that were too limited or way over-the-top - and ADCO patiently walked through our questions and doubts.
