Excellent experience with ADCO. Discovering a mold problem is stressful and confusing, with different companies providing vastly different approaches to the same problem. ADCO proposed a very measured but not over-the-top solution and executed it with precision and excellent communication with me the homeowner. ADCO addressed one minor hiccup quickly and effectively, and even covered some resulting costs.I can say honestly that I have never had a better experience with a contractor. I highly recommend ADCO.

Excellent experience with ADCO. When we discovered the mold problem, it was so stressful wading through the different recommendations from remediation companies. ADCO was unique, their proposed solution actually made sense - other companies proposed things that were too limited or way over-the-top - and ADCO patiently walked through our questions and doubts. The work they did was excellent, they were as clean as they could be, they protected our things, and, critically, they communicated with me as the homeowner. Every day started with a conversation or a text about what they were doing that day, and continued with updates throughout the day. I even got a text when they found a tiny snake in my crawl space! Lastly, ADCO stands by their work. There was a minor issue with something a subcontractor did in our attic, and at no charge to us ADCO sent out a team to remedy it. They even covered some minor resulting costs. I hope to never have a mold problem again, but I'll recommend ADCO to anyone I know who does.

Absolutely thrilled with ADCO Innovations from start to finish! Out of 5 quotes, they were the only company to include a "solution" to the problem. Their pricing was very reasonable. Excellent communication, very responsive, reliable and treated our home like it was their own. I would highly recommend ADVO Innovations to anyone seeking help with water issues.
