“I highly recommend Bay Breeze. Kevin & Dylan came out the same day I called. They were gracious, polite, tidy & they fixed the issue super-fast. They also explained to me how/why the problem occurred.

Further, they recommended additional services my units may need soon, but told me to wait to see as they weren't critical right now. Not pushy or upselling at all. And they installed my new thermostat while here, as a last-minute request I asked of them.

Their service was so good, I immediately scheduled my seasonal tune-up with them for next Spring. I've been looking for a new HVAC company to be my go-to for almost 2 years now. “I want to thank S&L so much for their assistance with our furnace heading into this fall/winter. My husband was downstairs doing some laundry when he noticed that there was a huge pool of water coming from underneath our furnace.
