Robert from Storm Waterproofing LLC was extremely helpful when we had an emergency sump pump work done after a bad storm. He helped us diffuse the situation immediately and came to our house to check on everything a few hours later. We are so appreciative and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

Our basement window well failed during a recent storm; 2" of rain in less than one hour resulted in 12"+ of window-well water coming in through the window frame in less than 1.5 hours. The next morning, I called four companies: Robert Bollinger at Storm Waterproofing responded quickly and was able to visit our home and give a quote faster than of the other companies. My husband was home for Robert's visit (as well as one other company), and was impressed with Robert's knowledge of how to fix the problem. (The second company simply wasted our time by sending out a representative who was not a specialist in storm water damage and solutions.) Robert responded to our questions quickly and knowledgeably. There was a cancellation, we were available, and the work was completed within 8 days of our initial contact. The two-man crew that arrive today were wonderful. They were on time, careful to protect our flooring/carpeting, did the job within the estimated time range, cleaned up after themselves, and answered our questions without hesitation. The company guarantees the areas that were waterproofed to be water free for the lifetime of the structure, and the guarantee is transferable from owner to owner. I would not hesitate to recommend Storm Waterproofing to anyone in need of their services.

-Water Proofing of our unfinished basement -Foundation Cracks and cement blocks in foundation fixed -Mold spraying of both Basement and Attic It was a team of 3 people who arrived between 9am and 10am depending on traffic, and getting supplies. I was quoted 6 days of work, and they where able to get it done in 5. They where out of the house by 4pm at the latest. They where all very nice, and professional, and answered any questions we had concerning the project. We are very satisfied with the work done.
