Excellent contractor! Julio and his professional team do it all: painting; bathroom renovation; deck installation; window installation; electrical; plumbing and anything necessary. We have used Julio for over 2 years on various projects. We were developers and home builders in FL for over 25 year's, Julio and his team are some of the best we have worked with!
I highly recommend you enlist Julio & his crew for any home project!! They executed a gorgeous renovation of my 1960s rancher, transforming it from a dark, outdated house with small spaces to a bright, updated home with a beautiful, open living space.
This included a new kitchen, 3 new bathrooms, interior drywall and painting, new basement flooring, lighting updates and additions and some plumbing work. Plus, they helped me keep the original oak flooring, weaving in new flooring where needed, sanding and sealing everything. I was so grateful that the crew was willing to work with me on preserving the good vintage elements, while updating the bad.
