Mr Jackson’s thoughtful assessment of the work I wanted done, constructive suggestions, and knowledge of his craft made him the obvious choice.He removed the ceramic tile from three rooms and the carpet from another and replaced them with hardwood. He blended these new floors into the existing hardwood floors, which he also refinished. He demonstrated a determined and tireless work ethic that is admirable. “The prices here are a lot less than what other stores offer, especially for hardwood. I recommend coming to the store to look at what you like instead of online because the colors most definitely do not match. I would take a sample or multiple samples home to see how the lighting in your house affects the color of your floor. Another thing is to make sure you know how many sq ft you need because they have limited stock and can go from having 6k sq ft to 1.3k in less than 24 hours. So if you really like a floor, try purchasing the same day. Truly recommend this place!“

They are super knowledgeable and willing to help and answer any questions. You can take home samples to check against the rest of the interior of your home to ensure it matches. And the best part? All their prices are listed and extremely reasonable. Next day floors kept giving us the run around on the price of an item we wanted. No problems with Pasadena Floor. Fantastic place.“

“I was worried about having my floors refinished while my wife was pregnant and we had already moved into the upper portion of the home. However Rick Scott at Floor Medic assured us that the floor would be done in a few short days. I was astonished when he told me that because we were such amazing people and hand done so much to prepare for the worker's by leaving little booties by the door which they could wear when they walked about on the tile floors and carpet so as to not drag saw dust through the house. We also had hung our own plastic drop clothes over every door, vent, counter, cabinet, fridge...We essentially plastic wrapped everything that we had not moved out into the pod storage. He was so happy for the work that we had done to prepare he sent us on a 3 night stay at a lovely spa and hotel. Where we were treated like royals. When we returned home were so pleased to find Mr. Rick Scott standing in his dust booties waving from the doorway of our new home with the uniquely handcrafted hardwood floors refinished by a true American Craftsman Rick Scott at FLOOR MEDIC!“

I contacted BDK Floors for some advice, and spoke to a young lady by the name of, Samantha, on products and which ones were best for me to use. I wanted something that would last a long time, was durable, and match just about anything. She understood my needs and was extremely helpful. She told me if I had any other questions to feel free to call her back and she would try to help me out if she couldn't she would see if her boss, Dennis, or another employee could help me. I would definitely call them again. And if I couldn't do it myself (like carpet) have them come out and do it for me. Very professional staff.“

“This hardwood flooring company does it right! I had stains on my hardwoods and they were able to buff everything out, stain, and give it a nice glossy finish. The stains were miraculously gone! After getting estimates from about four different companies this company was the best priced and the admin was very easy to get in touch with. Also, I got service in a timely fashion.
