I misunderstood what they said about the pickup time, and I only realized my mistake 1 minute before they closed on Sat (and I will be leaving before they open next on Mon). The woman working there offered to keep the store open an extra 15min so I could come pick my jackets up. I would have been completely screwed if she hadn't done that. I'm so appreciative.“

“Solid dry cleaners in Baltimore. It's small family owned and they're always friendly. I mainly use them to clean my comforter annually (I should do it every six months). One time I forgot my card and they let me pay for it the next time I came back (which ended up being later than six months as they don't have Apple Pay). Their prices have gone up since I first started going in 2020. But it's walkable to where I live and I've done both clothes and bedding and there's no chemical smell, and no losses or issues!“
