About a month late getting this review up, but wanted to make sure to comment on the professionalism Jason and Katie offer. We needed trees trimmed away from the house and received several quotes from various tree service companies. Aspen's pricing was in line with most of the others - certainly not the most expensive - and Jason was thorough in explaining what he would do.
The job was not the easiest...the ground slopes a bit away and toward the back on one side, making the job a little more challenging, but Jason handled it like a pro. We have used Aspen Tree Co. for several jobs on our semi wooded property. Recently they took down an enormous oak that was dying on our property. It was a very complex tree to take down. One other reputable tree co just wasn't interested in taking the job due to how hard it was. There is a septic drain field, a fire-pit with flagstone seating area, and wooden playhouse all very close. Everything is within 10-30 feet away with a few open holes where the wood could go. The area where they could lower wood was very very limited. The tree had very long limbs going out as well. I imagine the tree was around 100' tall. Jason was very professional as he viewed our two 50+ years old spruce trees. His pricing was one that we couldn't pass up. The work began on time and it was amazing to see how they handled taking these very tall trees down.Katie, his wife, handled the scheduling, etc. They make an incredible team. Katie, I enjoyed our phone calls!!I highly recommend Aspen Tree for any work that you may need. Not only did they do a great job with the spruce trees, but they cleaned up everything when they were done.We will definitely use Aspen Tree again.Services: Tree stump grinding
