My family and I are extremely satisfied with the providers. However, I have tried reaching the billing team about correctly billing our secondary delta dental insurance. After several phone calls and many sticky notes being exchanged, this had not happened. Can someone from the billing team please give me a call. This case should sound very familiar to you. I will be calling daily if I do not hear from someone.
Tidewater Dental is the best. The entire staff are all so professional, helpful and friendly. When I walk into the office to check in, I'm greeted in a friendly, professional manner. I'm always called back for my appointment on time and I'm informed about what to expect that day, cleaning, x-rays, etc. I'm able to set my next appointment at a day and time that is convenient for me. After I'm finished, I'm always escorted back out to the front desk to check out. I'm usually in and back out again within 30 minutes.
Today's visit for was Excellent. not know the name nurse that done the cleaning but told her I wanted her do cleaning on my next visit.sge was well trained and all the staff are Excellent too speak with.
