“We have spent the last 9 months working with different contractors and businesses to rebuild our house after a major fire. Randy at Clarks was very helpful during the process of determining which carpeting and padding would be meet our needs. He ensured he had the materials way ahead of when the house would be ready for carpet. We scheduled the install only to have to postpone twice because the contractor got behind schedule. Again, Randy was very helpful and accommodating. We had the carpet installed over a day and a half period. The installers showed up on time, stayed late to stay on schedule, and did a good job with install. The carpet looks great and feels wonderful to walk on. Randy came to check on the installation both days to ensure things were on track. Clarks Flooring was one of a few of the many businesses that did what we paid them to do without us having to continually prod them. Clarks was the only business that went the extra mile to provide great customer service as well. If you need any type of flooring, I highly recommend you go to Clarks Flooring.“
