I had 11 new vents installed and a cleaning around them due to Mold on the outside of the vent. David Winters was so responsive and professional. He answered my questions via text Immediately even on weekends. He is honest and recommended a dehumidifier be attached to the AC unit. It was installed by his team members and they were outstanding. The cleanup was above and beyond my expectations. When complete, they asked if I had any questions and explained in detail what they did. He coordinated the contract with an electrician. Highly recommend this business.
Fantastic! Winter’s Heating and Cooling was recommended to me. I called them up and they came out within 3 hours. They were polite snd professional. They listened to the problem as well as what I thought might be wrong. They checked what I suggested first, found that was the problem, had the part on their truck and fixed it in 5 minutes! They didn’t try to sell me any other service. Asked first, if I was interested in any recommendations. Gave some helpful advice, checked to make sure everything was working properly and left. A perfect transaction. I highly recommend them and will call them first for any other heating or cooling issues.
5 star business. New to the area and I had a big problem with my HVAC System. The owner contacted me personally and came up with a resolution to my issue. I am pleased to say that all maintenance going forward will be with Winters and I will be referring anyone that I can tell about how well I was treated.
