Update (2024): it’s 8 years later and my dog Ralphie is now 8 (my young man is a senior! ?) and he’s still in fantastic health. All our vet visits are mainly routine care / the occasional minor injury / minor seasonal allergy. Ralphie hasn’t had any genetic issues crop up whatsoever :)“
