I sought out Jennifer after years of chronic back pain. It had gotten to a point where I was incredibly restricted in my movement and activities. Nothing else had helped; massage, PT, chiropractic, topicals like CBD, Pilates…you name it.

Jennifer was incredibly thorough during my first appointment, aiming to understand my back pain and other secondary concerns I had. While my back pain brought me in, she took a more wholistic approach which I appreciate - everything is more connected than we realize, after all.
