Highly recommend The Pet Lodge! When our original pet sitter canceled on us the day before our vacation I called The Pet Lodge. Thinking it was a long shot that they would have availability to take our two dogs for a week, they were able to take them the same day! Not only did they help us out by taking them last minute for boarding, but also accommodated our special needs dog as well! Really impressed with the quality of care they both received while we were gone. Amazing customer service! We will be using them for regular grooming and for our future boarding needs. Thank you so much!
We always hate it when we go somewhere and can't take our precious Pepper, but she doesn't care! She is always so excited when we pull into the parking lot of The Pet Lodge. She might like the staff there more than she likes us? It is such a comfort to know she is safe and happy while we are away, and I can always check the facebook page for amazing daily pics so I can see Pepper's precious face. The staff always seems happy to see her, too. They never fail to remind us of any extras offered for her stay, such as cookout or activity days. Having a dog with major separation anxiety, it gives us a lot of comfort knowing he has a great staff to look after him. We know Wyatt is in such capable hands with the staff and they do a good job with their grooming services too.
