As a homeowner within the jurisdiction of T&A Covenant Solutions, I cannot express enough disappointment with their management services. It's abundantly clear that their priorities lie everywhere but with the residents they claim to serve. From day one, it was evident that communication was a foreign concept to them. Emails went unanswered, phone calls were ignored, and when they did bother to respond, it was with vague, dismissive remarks that left us more frustrated than before. Their so-called "solutions" only exacerbated existing problems. Instead of addressing issues head-on, they chose to sweep them under the rug, hoping residents wouldn't notice. Well, surprise, we did. Whether it was the lack of maintenance in common areas or the constant disregard for community concerns, T&A Covenant Solutions consistently failed to meet even the most basic expectations. But perhaps the most egregious offense was their complete disregard for transparency and accountability. Financial records were shrouded in secrecy, leaving residents in the dark about where our hard-earned money was being allocated. Requests for clarity were met with resistance or outright hostility, leaving us feeling powerless and exploited. In summary, if you're searching for a management company that values its residents, looks elsewhere. T&A Covenant Solutions is a prime example of everything wrong with HOA management – unresponsive, incompetent, and wholly untrustworthy. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs.
