“SNAP installed a new roof on my home this past October. I interviewed several other local roofers and found SNAP to be the best fit for me. The owner, Stephen, was the only roofer I spoke with who spoke to me as a person, answering any questions and concerns I had before, during and after the process (involving more than aesthetics of course). I'm upset I have to say this in this day and age, but as a female he also didn't talk to me as though I'd only care about aesthetics or assume/inquire about a husband before/during discussions. “Overall excellent service! I lost shingles during a summer 2023 rain storm. Jose F returned my call and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was very polite, professional and thorough. He examined my roof and took pictures so I had a visual for our discussion. He answered all of my questions, provided brochures that showed the step by step roofing process that he would use for the repairs. He also took pictures of the completed work as well, front mansard roof and trim. He and his team hauled away all job related debris and cleaned the area. I recommend him to anyone who is in need of roofing services.“

“Third time I've used CRI and cannot recommend them enough. First time, they did some work on the roof. Second time they fixed some loose aluminum siding and this time they installed new gutters on the whole house, downspouts in new locations, kick outs and splash guards. For the gutter install, Joe came out and walked the property and gave me suggestions for the locations of new downspouts (the new drain pipes were installed by a local landscaping company). Melissa, in the office, was able to schedule the job quickly and Jose and his assistant were on site 45 minutes EARLY (this, by the way, has happened every time CRI has come to the house for a morning job). Jose gave me an estimate for how long the job would take and he finished ahead of schedule. He cleaned up everything and then walked the property with a giant magnet to pick up any loose screws (I still double checked the driveway and patio with my own giant magnet because I've punctured too many tires after running over the screw that got away...).

After getting many bids for the job from small outfits to large companies, it became apparent that Rob Politz was the best choice. My decision was based on what Rob said his procedure would be, the fact that he was more than willing to make adjustments to the contract to suit me, and lastly, a very competitive price. One cannot base the choice on price alone, as the product may not even be worth that price. But after a lengthy and very comfortable conversation with Rob, I had no apprehension about using him for the job, as he was knowledgeable, articulate, and completely forthright. I didn't even detect a hint of a deceptive salesman. That was the beginning of a very good job to come.All of the contractors expected my roof to take several days to complete. The end result was there was no sign that the chaotic and debris strewn scene hours earlier had even existed. The roof looked great and so did the yard.Nice group too.
