Dave's meticulous attention to detail when it comes to your form is something I haven’t experienced anywhere else. I’ve had three personal trainers before Dave and he has by fair motivated me the best. The atmosphere that he creates in his gym is one of positivity, motivation, and perseverance. And his apprentice, Shawn, is also a top tier trainer. I would definitely recommend this gym to anybody looking to take their fitness to the next level. Dave is very patient and encouraging, he was the first one ever to motivate me to workout regularly, he did a miracle getting me to do sports.ever since i left him i lost my path and didn’t find the support I used to get from him, hopefully I can return back to him soon.Thanks Dave , miss you .
