Love the atmosphere and the attention to detail by my trainer, Dave. He takes no nonesense but also listens to your goals and works with you to improve in your workouts. Support Black/Hispanic-Owned Business and such an amazing family.
David pushes you beyond your full potential. Hurting like🤬after the 1rst training, & even worse after the 2nd. However,though I was hesitant to go back again due to the severe pain,in my muscles, & joints, I sucked it up, & went back the 3rd time,& have an appt for the 4th time. As a seasoned client (not old)😊starting to feel stronger again already.
I was impressed with David and his knowledge of fitness. Assessment was a shocker as mo other trainer has done that much yo see where i am. Waiting for tje battle ropes and toughen tje core excise.
