Just WOW! our family cat Sam passed away at home. Anna at the front desk was so compassionate. She even walked him around the desk when we returned for his ashes instead of passing him over the desk. It touches my heart how compassionate she was to work with. Thank you Anna- you are amazing- Barbara
Dr. Steere is an absolutely fantastic vet for our lab and cat. She goes above and beyond in her care of our pet family. She has guided us on our allergy treatment of our lab through multiple treatment options. Dr. Steere clearly relays the pros and cons of every medical decision she makes to us.
It is also very evident that she loves what she does and our pets love her back! My wife and I joke that we wish Dr. Steere was our medical doctor due to the patient care she exhibits.
My husband and I have been taking our kitty to NLAH for five years. The staff are extremely friendly. It is also very rare that we have to wait for more than a few minutes before being seen. We usually see Dr. Steere, and I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She is personal and explains everything that is going on with our Lucy and will spend as much time with us as needed. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Steere as a person and veterinarian.
