My AC was not running properly, during the hottest days of spring. My sister recommended Magnolia plumbing to come out and diagnose the issue. They immediately called me back to book the appointment for a holiday Monday! They sent Tan Cao who was on time, very professional and walked me through options that would work for me and within my budget. I highly recommend this company and their professional team! Ask for Tan!
Magnolia continues to impress. A very new employee, Justin Greene, came to help with my hot water heater on a Saturday. He had a very pleasant demeanor and was very professional as well as knowledgeable. This is not unusual for them, I'm so glad to see their standards remain high after over a decade of using their services in 2 different homes.
I worked with Dion, who located and repaired a leak in a corroded pipe that turned out to be behind our kitchen backsplash. Dion was great — he was very professional; he explained clearly the costs and implications of different findings and repairs; he was patient with me during a time of stress; and he was generally just kind and, as far as I can tell, great at his job.
