Love the vibe of the place, staff is very friendly and my back feels noticeably better everytime I have a session.

That's unfortunate that so many people had bad experiences. I, on the other hand bought a groupon a year or so ago and really enjoyed my massage. Lady L is very nice, and informative. The ambiance was so nice. The lights were dim and she played soothing waterfall sounds. I intend on going back for sure and hope that all of my future massages are just as pleasant as the past.
