I just wanted to let people know the service here at the Laural storeis so great. They went way out of their way to help me find what I needed. I've owned a salon for 26 years and usually go to Cosmo near me, not to say they are doing anything wrong but the Laurel store went above and beyond! And I would do the 25 min trip to and from to get that kind of service. We all need to feel wanted... read full review

High traffic store.Corporate needs to allocate more product.Always sold out.Besides the store manager everyone is clueless.Rude associates with little to no customer service skills.Today when asking a question the associate Skai(sp)answered me with a "what".Throw the entire team away.Your in a" SERVICE" industry.Now I guess I have to continue driving 35 minutes away to the other location.Update: New management is amazing!!!Very customer service driven & knowledgeable.Keep up the good work.Corporate on the other hand needs to work on allocation. This is a high traffic store and sell out or don’t receive merchandise all the time.
