Billing system does not work. They keep billing for sessions I've already twice and I am still getting a bill. I've discussed this several times and then I had to go back and pull all of my receipts and send it to them, I am still waiting for someone to correct their mistakes. Stop sending me bills I've already paid and give me my refund.

Practitioners are experts in creating the best treatment plan for my condition. The facility is clean. Staff members are always spraying and disinfecting surfaces and equipment. I feel safe continuing to show up for my treatment despite COVID-19. This is a well-equipped clinic in terms of staff expertise, equipment, and technology. Thank you to the staff for excellent customer service.

Love love love my community PT !! From the very competent therapists , especially Kristine , Rebecca & Gayna , to their assistants & receptionists, everyone is so personable & professional . I can always find a slot even late PM , even a Saturday therapy is almost always available .
