I think the MUA is incredibly talented but customer service is abysmal. I'm still waiting on a refund from an appointment she cancelled due to needing to close her shop early, 2 hours before my appointment time. I'm not even that bothered by the fact she didn't offer any semblance of an apology or any attempt to reschedule me. Which tells me that she didn't care about me as a customer, which is fine because someone else will value me and my coins, I'd just like my money refunded. All I have to say is be wary. Again, incredibly talented, poor service for folx she deems not worth it I guess.
