Jonathan and his team are simply impeccable! He was recommended through a Realtor and i was looking for someone to fix up my Townhouse before we put up for sale. They did the outside work including wood rot, windows, paint, carpentry, roofing etc in the time they said they would. HIs price was very reasonable. He also did all of this inside work, and his quote was by far the lowest and most comprehensive. He coordinated the carpet replacement, floor re-finishing, interior painting top-to-bottom, and all other repairs. It came out better than i expected. Thanks to Jonathan, my house sold in 2days. American DMV HOME Services is the truth. Jonathan and his crew truly know what their doing. This professional crew repaired my roof, my ceiling and my wall to perfection. You can't even tell that work was done. They came in and quietly repaired & painted. They cleaned up after themselves, protected my furniture. They communicated the issues and the cost was fair.
