Hot Water Express | Water Heater Service, Repair NOW!, Installation and Replacement in the DMV

I highly recommend this business. I used them to replace the water heater in my home in NW DC. Al initially answered all of my questions over the phone and was able to give me a quote with my provided measurements, photos, and info provided via text. He showed up on time, was extremely professional and respectful of my home (including wearing shoe covers). He was thoughtful in his approach and layout and left my home as tidy as he found it. I was very pleased with the customer service. The turnaround time to remove my broken hot water heater and replace it with a new one was very fast (within one day)! The specialist onsite were prompt, courteous and very professional. I am happy with my new water heater. Thanks again, Hot Water Express!!
