Julian did an amazing last-minute job on my shoes on a busy Saturday afternoon. It was my birthday so him squeezing me in less than 90 mins from closing was beyond appreciated. I walked in and the owner fixed my belt immediately, no line, no waiting. Service was exceptional I will most definitely return for any shoe or leather goods repairs. Thanks so much!

Ok first things first. I have a pair of boots, ten years old, that I ain't letting go of. End of discussion. A year ago I took them to the shoe guy in greenbelt plaza. Paid $18 to have new lifts put on. Took a week and the first day I got them back, the lift got stuck on something and came completely off. Today I took them to Barrientos Shoe Repair....NEW OWNER. $35. NEW SOLE. NEW LIFTS. TOP CLASS POLISH. Yeah I would have preferred to pay less but my God. This is a little family run business and it didn't look too busy. They were willing to repair same day. EXCELLENT service. Greenbelt Mall shoe guy, screw you.
